Kragerø Sjakklubb ønsker alle velkommen til Kragerø Resort Chess International 2022 fra 23 - 27. februar 2022 Kragero Chessclub welcome all chessfriends to Kragero Resort Chess Int. 2022 - from 23rd to 27th of Feb. 2022   Handicap Blitz 26.02 kl. 20:30 The Norwegian government has removed all Covid-regulations for foreigners travelling to Norway. There is no need for pre-registration for entering the country, vaccine certificate or PCR-tests prior to the enter.  This mean that the country has been opened and our only problem now is Covid    However we strongly recommend social distancing prior to the travel to the tournament so we reduce the risk of getting Covid into the tournament. We will have free rapid tests available under the tournament which we will hand out for testing purpose. Under the bus transport facemask will be mandatory. Facemask will be mandatory while entering the playing hall before the roundstart. When you have entered your board, the facemask can be taken off for the rest of the round.  Persons which become sick, will be taken out of the tournament and this can complicate the return for the travellers. Tirsdag 22. februar: Buss - avgang fra Gardermoen kl. 14:00 med avgang fra Oslo Bussterminal (se terminaloversikt - Platform 9 på Busterminalen - buss tilgjengelig fra 15:00) kl. 15:15 Tirsdag 22. februar & Onsdag 23. februar fra Porsgrunn jernbanestasjon (Herunder fly til Torp): Busser - avgang kl.17:00, 18:30 og 23:00  (tirsd) og hhv kl. 12:00 (onsd) - vær ute i tide  Retur søndag 27. februar – ca. kl. 14:30 til Oslo Gardermoen Lufthavn (forventet ankomst før kl. 19:00 på Gardermoen) stopper også på Oslo Bussterminal. 4 minibusser går samtidig til Porsgrunn Jernbanestasjon. The Shuttlebus to Porsgrunn Railway station will also leave before 15:00 connecting with trains to Oslo/Drammen/Horten/Sandefjord Torp Airport & Larvik).  Please contact the organizer for further information, the transport must be ordered from the organizer by the sign-up to the tournament. See also Invitation   Groups   Title Swiss Group 9-round Swiss open for all players with an FIDE-rating of at least 1900 with possibility for title norms. Having had the required rating on the official FIDE-list at the time of registering for the tournament will be sufficient, even if the player’s rating drops below on the last list before the tournament. Elo Swiss Group 9-round open for palyers with rating under 2000. Elo-Group is also an official NGP (Norges Grand Prix ) tournament    Liveboards   Det vil bli sendt Live fra 40 av partiene via livebrett, 30 i tittelgruppen og 10 i ELO gruppen. I tillegg vil vi tilby, på frivillig basis livedekning på opptil 30 brett i ELO gruppen ved bruk av Clono www.clono.no.  40 of the boards will be sent live, 30 in the Title group and 10 in the ELO group.
